natural-mineral-block
Natural Mineral Block

The main visual feature of the raw mineral block is open layers, uneven edges and changes in thickness, framed by an irregular untreated outline. The stated 6cm measurement is a guide for the raw piece rather than a millimetre-exact figure.

At a glance

Material: Selenite

Colour: White

Approximate size: 6cm

Finish: Raw natural surface

Rather than moving it regularly, leave the raw piece inside a dry display box so the piece is not moved during routine tidying. A simple background makes the natural outline easier to inspect. A tray underneath makes any loose grains easy to see and remove. Use a tray to collect any tiny loose grain; a tray makes small loose grains easier to manage. When placing the raw selenite block, leave enough room for your fingers without allowing one end to overhang.

What may differ: Natural selenite is not uniform, and on the raw block stone this is most noticeable in the overall outline of the untreated specimen. Differences in cloudiness, colour and transparency are expected across examples of the raw block stone.

Cleaning and storage: A gentle dry clean is enough for the raw block stone: clean shallow crevices without pressing a cloth into them; dry dusting is preferable to occasional heavy cleaning. A settled display is best, so leave the raw block stone in one settled position without wrapping the stone in anything wet or abrasive.

Delivery Information

Delicate Selenite crystal prepared carefully before shipping.

Secure wrapping and packaging designed to keep your crystal safe in transit.

Quick turnaround with dispatch within 1 working day.

Smooth and reliable delivery expected within 3 working days.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0604/3343/2822/files/47_9aca4195-48b6-4ed9-a7ff-49adf7245c34.webp?v=1697322165
