Shipping policy

Our main mission is to get our beautiful products out to you as soon as possible. We use the most reliable courier service and with tracking, the courier usually delivers within 3-5 working days, sometimes they might take longer if no one was in to collect the parcel. Deliveries might take a little longer due to bank holidays. 

We usually need 1-2 working days to be able to get your parcel ready to be shipped for you, we do use a variety of different couriers depending on the weight and size of the product. If the product is very small we might use royal mail, and if the parcel is heavy we might use DHL.

All of our parcels are safely bubble wrapped or with other protective material. We use proper protective brown cardboard boxes to add protection. In the rare case that your product arrives faulty or broken please get in touch and will gladly help with any problems. Please allow 1-2 working days for us to get back via email.

Sometimes courier might leave your parcel with a neighbor or at a safe location around the house. If the courier has made a few delivery attempts you might need to collect the parcel from a local post depot, you might need to provide them with proof of identity.
