Selenite is often used to draw out negative energy, this could be from an object, a place, or from our bodies. A usual colour for selenite is white however this orange selenite palm stone looks slightly different, when the crystal was formed an iron stone influenced the colour of the crystal changing it from white to orange. These palm stones are often used during meditation as it has the ability to help us connect to our chakra. Orange selenite has the ability to connect to the crown chakra, third eye, and the sacral chakra while the white selenite only connects to the crown and the third eye chakra. Orange selenite palm stone is often used to connect to the sacral chakra, this is where you will find your sexual energy and your creative energy.
You can use this orange selenite palm stone to connect to the sacral by meditating with the crystal in your hand, you could use other healing crystals increasing the likelihood of connecting. Find somewhere you feel comfortable and focus on inhaling and exhaling for 5 minutes until the mind is completely relaxed. Once the mind is relaxed focus on inhaling the energy from the crystal to the lungs, once the energy has reached the lungs push the energy from selenite towards the sacral chakra.
